Software introduction

Looks like Elder Scrolls: Blades isn't the only game that Bethesda is working on for mobile - it also appears to have a new game called Deathloop in the works.

As spotted by Gamespot, Bethesda's parent company ZeniMax Media registered for the "Deathloop" trademark back in December 2018 with the US Patent Office. It looks to already be in effect too, so don't go trying to nick the name for your next mobile game or you'll face the might of the ZeniMax lawyers.

The trademark is specifically for "mobile application software" and "entertainment services", which covers just about everything game-wise. This includes the ability to play things online, though given that Deathloop will probably be free-to-play, that's not exactly surprising - can't have in-app purchases if you can't connect to the internet, after all.

What we don't know is just what in God's name Deathloop actually is. Based on the name, I'd suggest it's some kind of roguelike, or any game which features dying over and over again. Like a looping death? You see?

    That is, to you, my origin and ender;
Rush Rally 3 has now received a bumper update that introduces higher resolution textures for its vast selection of cars, enhanced graphical options, minor fixes for low-memory devices, and an all-new classic car expansion pack. The update's arrival was first spotted by Touch Arcade.

If you're yet to give this one a go, it's a hugely impressive, content-packed racer, easily one of the best available for mobile. It also hit Switch late last year, instantly becoming one of the most solid games of its type on that platform, too.

The classic car expansion is, as you might have guessed, a paid expansion. It's priced at $2.99, which seems reasonable. The enhanced visuals are definitely a nice plus, and you can see just how much they've improved since launch in the screenshots above.
Extended thoughts on Rush Rally 3 for Nintendo Switch
Old Deputy Ed Harry reviewed the iOS version at launch, calling it "a filth-coated thrash and a brilliantly balanced racer all in one", before awarding it an impressive Gold Rating. Basically, it's perfectly pitched between an arcade racer and a hardcore sim, and the significant post-launch support is just the cherry on top.

Pokemon Go is in the midst of the Summer Tour 2018, and that means plenty of special events and increased Pokemon appearances for everyone.

On weekends throughout the summer players can help Professor Willow with his global challenge by completing field research tasks within the game.

For the purposes of the challenge, the world has been divided into four regions, and each region will have to complete a certain number of field research tasks in order to win bonuses.

The field research events will run from June 30th to July 1st, July 14th to July 15th, and there will be one more yet-undetermined weekend in the later summer. The challenges coincide with events being held in Dortmund, Chicago, and Yokosuka.

Even if you can't attend the events in person, you'll still be able to celebrate. During the first weekend, all players will see an increase in the Grass- and Poison-type pokemon Roselia, and will have the chance to catch a shiny Roselia.

During the second weekend players will get bonus stardust for catching Plusle and Minun, and will similarly have a chance to find their shiny iterations.

Despite some very valid concerns from fans and critics, Nintendo's Mario Kart Tour seems to be off to a solid start – at least in terms of download numbers. The promise of new tours and costumes has kept plenty of people around, and the latest – the Winter tour – is set to arrive next Tuesday, November 19th.

Quite what will be included is still a mystery, but a tweet from earlier today on the game's official Twitter account gives us a sneak peek of a festive track, fit with a Christmas tree and a snowman.
What's that outside? Has it started snowing already? That can only mean one thing...the next tour is the Winter tour! Bust out your snow tires and ready your chains for a flurry of fun starting 11/19 at 10pm PT! #MarioKartTour pic.twitter.com/WuVmKPqhHD— Mario Kart Tour (@mariokarttourEN) November 15, 2019I'm not sure which character would benefit most from a winter-themed makeover. Winter Yoshi, perhaps? At least we won't have to wait too long to find out.

In the meantime, we've got plenty of helpful guides to improve your game, as well as over 16,000 friend codes for you to make use of. Dave reviewed the game at launch, finding it to be a fun mobile adaptation of the beloved kart racing series. He wasn't best pleased with the gacha mechanics or the £4.99-a-month Gold Pass, though.

The newest update features 13 new dinosaur-related figures, from palaeontologists to skeletal beasts, and a cracking primeval level complete with a variety of your favourite reptilian monsters.

Of course, we're not forgetting to mention the special Flat Eric figurine. It may represent the musician's puppet friend but it makes its purpose known as it's currently offered for free and throws up a screen reminding us that Flat Eric's newest single ft. Skrillex is available, so that's nice.

If you haven't got the game already, grab your copy here on the App Store or Google Play. &#;"If by company you mean yours I'd much rather have it than be alone," said Anne, smiling. Then she sighed. She had never before minded being alone. Now she dreaded it. When she was alone now she felt so dreadfully alone.A SHEPHERD, watching his Ass feeding in a meadow, was alarmed all of a sudden by the cries of the enemy. He appealed to the Ass to fly with him, lest they should both be captured, but the animal lazily replied, "Why should I, pray? Do you think it likely the conqueror will place on me two sets of panniers?' "No," rejoined the Shepherd. "Then," said the Ass, "as long as I carry the panniers, what matters it to me whom I serve?'
