Software introduction

    &#;
In case you missed it, Bill and Ted's Wyld Stallyns recently launched on the app stores this week to take players on a bodacious journey with everyone's favourite time traveling duo.

The city of San Dimas is under threat from an evil mastermind that's using an army of bogus robots disguised as historical figures to change time and rule the world, and it's down to you to help Bill and Ted set things right.

The simplistic and minimal White Ninja by Sironin Games is now out for your playing pleasure on iOS and Android.

The long and short of it is: you play as two ninjas protecting your masters from a barrage of falling apples. Where the apples are falling from? Who knows – we don't ask these sorts of questions, but you've got to protect them anyway.

Yes, it's definitely a pick-up-and-play game, ideal for playing on the bus or train to make the time go a little faster before you can get home, slip into your PJs, and binge-watch a series of Friends…did I say that out loud?

The controls are simple, using either your thumbs or fingers to tap on the left side of the screen to control the left ninja, and the right side of the screen to control the right ninja. Easy peasy. Just mind those twitchy, trigger fingers when the speedier apples start falling, otherwise you'll be out of the job.

Grab White Ninja now on the App Store or Google Play, free to play.

Knight Fright is a roguelike game from independent developer Atooi that's available now for iOS devices as a free-to-play title. It sports a familiar voxel aesthetic that the developers have used in their previous games Totes the Goat and Mudd Masher.
Get your spook on with Knight Fright, an addictive rogue-like monster stomper that is free on the Appstore!https://t.co/KHCrHaNyOk pic.twitter.com/wzamlnHODy— Atooi (@AtooiLLC) October 12, 2020The game takes place in a kingdom that has recently been invaded by a plethora of ghosts, ghouls and goblins who want nothing more than to bring misery to the land. It'll be up to you to wade bravely into battle against them and vanquish the threat they pose.
Poor Thief review - "One trick burglar"
Not only will you be looking to leap on the heads of your foes, but you'll also be aiming to restore life to the world by jumping on each square to make it return to its former glory. You can check out some gameplay for Knight Fright in the embedded video below. It reminds me a lot of an old game called Cube Hopper that I used to play a lot of many years ago.

Anne remembered that Miss Cornelia had given her a very different impression of Leslie's mother. But had not love the truer vision? Still, it WAS selfish of Rose West to make her daughter marry Dick Moore. But kept cold distance, and did thence remove

Hypercollider 2 is kicking my butt today. In fact, it seems to be kicking everybody's butt. That much can be seen due to the global death count that's displayed as you play. There have been thousands of deaths.

It's the type of arcade dodging game that seems impossible at first. Kinda like Super Hexagon and anything as hyper as that. But it turns out that your brain just needs to get up to the right speed.

All you have to do is tap left and right to keep a little pixel character jumping up a fast-scrolling vertical tunnel lined with spikes.

As you ascend, there will be bombs and circular saws in the way. You have to dodge them but this is made difficult as you can only jump at angles.

So: if you jump too far one way you'll hit a spike. If you don't jump enough times you'll fall off the bottom of the screen. If you don't judge a jump past a bomb right you'll explode.

In all of these scenarios you will die very quickly. But just as immediately you'll be able to start the game back up again to have another go.

Well, if you're paying the premium version you'll be able to get back into it right away. If you're playing the free version you'll have to wait for an ad every now and then.

So if you're serious about getting a decent score in Hypercollider 2 then you should get the premium version. You can purchase it for 79p / 99c on the App Store and Google Play.

But if you just want to see if you'll get into the game at all then the free version is also there on the App Store and Google Play if you want it.

Just wait until you collect one of those stars and enter Hyper Mode. That's when things get real (and the game blows your butt off).
