After first launching on iOS last August, Motion Twin's acclaimed roguelike Dead Cells is now available for Android. That means Android users will finally be able to play one of the best roguelikes to be released over the last few years on their mobile phone.

The port has been handled by Playdigious who also did the iOS version of Dead Cells. They clearly spent a lot of time deciding how to make the game work for mobile and have given players a good degree of customisation when it comes to choosing how to play.

[This story was originally published on our sister site PocketGamer.biz]For two days in early July, the West Coast will be celebrating.

No, not the Fourth of July weekend - though there's no doubt that'll be splendid - but rather the arrival of Steel Media's Pocket Gamer Connects San Francisco (#PGCSanFran) which runs on July 7-8.

That's because we've got two days packed with content that no sane member of the mobile gaming industry should miss out on.

From 5 tracks –
East Meets West;Indie Survival Guide; The Future of Mobile Gaming;Acquire, Engage, Monetize; The Superstar Sessions
filled with 84 sessions and 108 speakers, and 500+ delegates representing all the key players from the mobile gaming world, our conference covers every facet of the industry.

Then there are the fringe sessions and events.

Whether it's The Very Big Indie Pitch competition, the I Love Indie Showcase expo area, the exclusive Speakers Dinner, or the all inclusive after-show Pocket Gamer Party, there's always something on.

It's an explosive mix set to rival the best pyrotechnics money can buy.

Come sample it yourself: right now, PGC San Francisco tickets are still available.

If you're a glut for amiibos (like some Pocket Gamer staff) then you'll probably want to know how you can obtain the Chibi-Robo amiibo.

Well, listen here: Nintendo has announced that it'll come in a special bundle with Chibi-Robo! Zip Lash at some retailers.

This bundle will be available in the US from October 9th and will cost you $39.99. The game by itself (without the amiibo) will cost $29.99.

We don't yet know if this bundle will be available in Europe when Chibi-Robo! Zip Lash comes out on November 6th, but we certainly hope so.

Oh, and by the way, hooking up Chibi-Robo amiibo with your 3DS lets you access bonus features.

This includes powering up Super Chibi-Robo and increasing Chibi-Robo's speed and watts so he can travel further without charging up.

AKA TO BLUE(MOD)The Lion and the Fox
A CROW in great want of food saw a Serpent asleep in a sunny nook, and flying down, greedily seized him. The Serpent, turning about, bit the Crow with a mortal wound. In the agony of death, the bird exclaimed: "O unhappy me! who have found in that which I deemed a happy windfall the source of my destruction."
